Manav specializes in navigating troubled situations. With a commitment to fostering a supportive team and community, he inspires small and medium-sized businesses to drive meaningful change and achieve sustainable growth.
He is a co-founder of The Purplehand.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending human trafficking—one life at a time.
Manav has successfully led clients across both private and public sectors through significant technological modernization, digital transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integrations. Recently, his focus has shifted to AI adoption, safety, and governance within enterprises.
An accomplished author of both fiction and non-fiction, Manav has published multiple works on growth management and management consulting. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an avid long-distance runner, a marathoner, and a passionate farmer. Manav lives in Cleveland, OH, with his wife, Annie, and their two children.
